Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning through execution, ensuring guests have unforgettable experiences. The role acts as a liaison between customers and hotel sales staff, providing direction and supervision during meeting and banquet functions. You will be available to customers during events to solve problems and suggest alternatives, serving group and catering customers proactively while managing group room blocks, food & beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes. Strong leadership, fast‑paced adaptability, and pressure resilience are essential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
1-year food and beverage experience
Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
Present a professional appearance and confidence
Ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
