We’re looking for a
Full‑Time Marketing Assistant
to support our creative and social media efforts as we continue to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creative, social‑first, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
Location:
The 93 HQ in the Bee Cave area
Full Time M‑F 7:30 AM‑3:30 PM + occasional photoshoots after hours as needed
Starting in February 2026
Requirements
2+ years of full‑time experience
working on a marketing team (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reels)
Comfortable filming and editing on
iPhone
Highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and reliable
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Responsibilities
Film day‑to‑day content, BTS, and campaign footage (primarily on iPhone)
Edit social media videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and stories
Assist on photoshoots (prep, coordination, on‑set support)
Support content ideation and execution alongside the founder and marketing team
Manage posts across social media platforms
Coordinate and manage UGC creators (outreach, briefs, timelines, approvals)
Assist with general marketing initiatives as needed
Nice to have
Experience with VideoLeap, CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile editing apps
Prior experience in fashion, swimwear, or DTC brands
Strong eye for trends and viral content
This is a hands‑on role with direct exposure to brand growth, content strategy, and creative execution — perfect for someone looking to grow within a high‑impact marketing team.
