This role involves managing all aspects of catering and event planning for the club, including private parties, weddings, and member events. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, overseeing event logistics, managing teams, ensuring top‑notch dining experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service. The manager will also collaborate with the culinary and service teams to meet high‑quality standards for each event and ensure a smooth execution.
Qualifications
Strong event planning, catering coordination, and attention to detail
Proficiency in client communication, relationship management, and delivering excellent customer service
Staff management, ability to lead and motivate teams, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project management
Experience in food and beverage management or hospitality
Adaptability, time management, and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event planning software
