POSITION SUMMARY The E-Commerce Site Merchandising Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of our eCommerce business. Responsibilities include order management, business development, customer service, inventory management, pricing strategy, and collaboration with various departments within NFI Parts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own the entire order management process including order entry, shipment confirmation, and other related activities.

Coordinate with Parts Operations, Parts and Procurement, Business Systems, and other Parts teams to develop process improvements and ensure maintenance of eCommerce platforms.

Oversee product pricing and identify opportunities to grow product sales and margins with pricing changes.

Collaborate with the eCommerce team on new product development, including identifying new opportunities, creating new product listings, and optimizing key work.

Analyze eCommerce metrics to detect areas of improvement within the existing product portfolio.

Monitor eCommerce platform inboxes and provide timely responses to customer messages regarding product and order related inquiries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Business Development, or Marketing.

Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
