Online Order Filling Team Associate – Walmart
Location: Walmart Supercenter #2429, 2100 N Bechtle Ave, Springfield, OH 45504, US
Compensation Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr.
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Employment type: Full‑Time.
Available shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid‑Shift, Closing.
Job Overview Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up, make product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for online orders.
Ensure accuracy of orders prior to pick‑up.
Make appropriate product substitutions.
Consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.
