Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Job Description As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will:
Assist with hiring, training, coaching and takes ownership of all Guest Services personnel
Resolve guest opportunities utilizing luxury and Forbes service standards
Maintain operational budget by utilizing knowledge of cost control initiatives
Complete scheduling and draft schedule for the Guest Service team in absence of Guest Service Manager and/or in assistance with leadership team
Act as manager on duty for the Guest Services team members in the absence of senior leadership
Challenge the status quo by continually pushing to enhance the overall service, team member engagement and service scores
Assist with inventory of team member item usage, purchasing and monthly necessities and/or as needed for upkeep of the department. Report to Guest Services Manager and/or senior leadership of inventory
Assist Guest Service Manager with assigned tasks and duties as requested and/or assigned
Generate reports as requests by senior leadership
Be familiar with Forbes rating standards and associate training techniques
Other tasks as requested or assigned
Qualifications
One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
Must be able to lift 60lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
