Executive Assistant to Venture Capital Executive

We are seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing venture capital firm in West Hollywood, CA. This role is for a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment and brings experience supporting a demanding executive with complex travel and logistics.
The firm operates with a family office mindset while scaling quickly and bringing more operations in-house. You’ll partner closely with another EA to ensure the Founder’s schedule, travel, and daily logistics run seamlessly. This is not a 9–5 role. It requires a 24/7 mentality, exceptional judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
Manage and triage a high-volume inbox; draft and respond to emails with excellent judgment and writing skills
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including private aviation, Europe-based travel, and last-minute changes
Prepare concise meeting briefs and ensure the Founder is fully prepped for all engagements
Act as a central point of coordination between office staff, household staff, and external stakeholders
Handle day-to-day logistics, schedule changes, and follow-through on open items
Partner closely with a second EA to ensure continuous coverage and support
Anticipate needs, proactively close loose ends, and protect the Founder’s time and focus
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years supporting a high-level executive in a family office, VC, private equity, or financial services environment.
Fluency in additional language(s) (preferred).
Exceptional written communication skills (email writing assessment required).
Deep experience managing complex travel, time zones, and executive protocols.
Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Polished, discreet, and naturally proactive.
Location Onsite in West Hollywood, CA
Compensation and Benefits $150,000 DOE, fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) contribution, discretionary bonus, and other perks (including paid daily lunches with a professional chef).
