Staff Assistant, Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA)
Location: Washington, DC
Full-time, in-office: 8:30 – 5:30 p.m. Eastern.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to senior staff and the broader team. Oversee incoming/outgoing visitors, correspondence, and deliveries. Manage calendars, staff logistics, and coordinate conference rooms. Assist with meeting preparation, including materials, agendas, and follow-up items. Support day-to-day office operations. Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Monitor and replenish office supplies, kitchen supplies, and shared resources. Coordinate office maintenance needs and submit service requests as necessary. Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and building management. Coordinate and ensure compliance with building management on maintenance issues, repairs, cleaning services, and building access matters. Manage office access credentials, keys, badges, and guest entry procedures. Coordinate external vendors including catering, IT, janitorial, and maintenance. Assist with office improvement projects and space planning efforts. Assist with event logistics for in-office meetings and staff gatherings. Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned. Provide backup support to other administrative or operations staff as needed. Handle routine errands and administrative tasks outside the office as required. Benefits & Compensation
