Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, one‑on‑one customer service.
Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and sleep solutions.
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and store upkeep.
Maintain store presentation and merchandising to company standards.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and communication with leadership.
Take ownership of your store’s performance and success.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
