Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider

Join a dedicated NICU team in Bend, Oregon, as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities

Leading neonatal resuscitations and caring for both term and preterm infants

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes

Performing procedures such as intubation, line placement, and ventilator management

Participating in quality improvement, simulations, and mentoring

Schedule & Requirements

24/7 coverage with flexible day and night shifts

At least 2 years NICU experience in a Level III setting

Certification as an NNP or PA

Strong procedural skills and family-centered care passion
