The Executive Coordinator role works interdependently with the Executive Leadership team in Downtown Los Angeles to aid in executing systems and processes for attracting and developing talent.
What you’ll be doing…
Assist Director of New Advisor On-Boarding in the contracting and licensing process for new advisors
Assist Director of Training with day-to-day operations to ensure all training runs smoothly
Assist Director of New Advisor Performance with calendaring and meeting preparation
Assist Executive Leadership team with additional tasks and special projects to streamline systems and processes to attract and develop talent
Coordinate administrative tasks for the recruiting and development team
Greet candidates and clients at the front desk, as needed
