This flex part‑time role lets you build a schedule that works for you while providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. Key duties include monitoring alarm panels, managing access control, and supporting badge procedures.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
Maintain clear and professional communication with building occupants and Allied Universal management.
Document and report all security-related incidents, unusual activities, or concerns.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
Minimum Requirements
Preferred: state, county, or city issued security license.
Preferred: alarm panel, access control, or badge experience.
Age: at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation and drug screen (subject to law).
Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
