The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees. Responsibilities
Ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality. Optimize operational efficiency and utilize POS systems effectively.
