Job Description Under limited supervision, the Release of Information Specialist I (Birth Clerk) will assist the Manager and Team Lead in supporting the mission of Health Information Management to ensure security and accuracy of personal health information.
Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, and 1 year of experience.
