STORMWATER PROJECT MANAGER
What You’ll Do
Lead complex projects in stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance
Manage project delivery end‑to‑end: client relations, technical direction, and stakeholder coordination
Mentor junior and mid‑level staff to foster professional growth
Play a leadership role in team development, business development initiatives, and aligning projects with client and regulatory goals
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
PE license—or ability to obtain within six months
8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 6 years managing teams
Strategic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, with excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
