We’re looking for an energetic, community‑focused leader to manage one of our fast‑casual restaurants. The role includes overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
$1000 signing bonus!
Key Responsibilities
Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
Drive positive sales growth.
Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food‑safety and sanitation standards.
Achieve optimal staff performance through clear communication, training, scheduling, and coaching.
Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
Recruit, select, train, and staff quality personnel to meet staffing objectives.
Requirements
At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual environment.
Steady employment history and minimum of two professional references.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/guest‑service focus.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lb.
