Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary Sell products and services to current and new clientele. Increase sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Identify prospective customers, follow up on potential sales leads, and recommend marketing strategies for target markets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs, and suggest suitable products/services.
Demonstrate product services to customers based on their needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, resolving any post‑sale issues.
Maintain communication with existing and prior customers, informing them of new products or services.
Maintain detailed reports of sales activity including calls, orders, sales, lost business.
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Qualifications
Experience selling security or fire and safety services.
Must live in the Austin or San Antonio, Texas area.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high‑paced and stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Other Duties
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to travel.
