Business Development Manager – Chemical Makers & Global Channel Partners

Role Purpose Drive strategic growth by cultivating deep relationships with chemical makers and global channel partners, focusing on expanding market share, revenue, and customer intimacy in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with tier one and tier two chemical makers aligned with company strategy and customer needs, serving as a primary point of contact for chemical maker customers and understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
Develop, manage, and grow global channel partner networks focusing on local partners in Asia, the US, and Europe. Launch and support service facilities in key regions such as Korea and Taiwan, conduct quarterly reviews, facilitate regional visits, deliver partner incentives, and support competitive displacement strategies.
Strategic Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with chemical makers and channel partners, collaborate with OEMs, and leverage licensing agreements to expand market access in support of the company’s goal to scale revenue to $100 million by 2029.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and provide feedback to product and engineering teams for roadmap development.
Education & Qualifications
Engineering degree required; PhD is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the semiconductor chemical industries.
