Regional Sales Manager - West Coast — Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote only). Reports To: Director of Sales. Candidates must reside in one of the western states and be located near a major airport. We prioritize superior user experience, ensuring efficient space management and an intuitive interface that provides clear, unambiguous indications of essential environmental conditions. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to help grow and support CRC’s footprint within the Western U.S. This role blends relationship-building, territory expansion, technical sales, and channel partner support. The person will work directly with our channel partners who sell our products to the end client. This includes educating, training, being the SME on channel partner sales calls with the end client, attending trade shows, webinars, etc. Additional Information: Travel up to 50% of the time within the western territory. This is a remote position based in the Western U.S. and requires residence in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY. Responsibilities

Drive new business growth through strategic engagement with engineers, contractors, and facilities. Manage and support CRC’s channel partners and key accounts within the region. Deliver technical sales presentations and lead solution-based selling initiatives. Identify high-potential projects and guide them from design through post-installation support. Collaborate with internal application engineers and marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. Facilitate and attend trade shows, webinars, and training events to stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications

Industry Experience: HVAC or Building Automation Sales. Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in HVAC or building automation; experience with airflow and pressure management systems is strongly preferred. Comfort navigating complex mechanical environments and understanding the sales cycle related to engineered products in commercial or institutional facilities. Channel Partner & Territory Management: Proven ability to manage sales through channel partners and maintain exclusive territories for each partner; experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships across a sales territory. Bonus if you have worked in a multi-state or regional capacity supporting indirect sales. Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand, explain, and sell technical concepts related to HVAC airflow, pressure, and critical environment controls. Comfortable engaging with engineers, facility managers, and contractors; able to translate product capabilities into value-based solutions. Must Have: 5 years of technical sales experience in HVAC/building automation; factory company experience as territory or regional manager; experience with an HVAC manufacturer or building automation manufacturer; strong knowledge of airflow measurement, room pressure monitoring, or building systems. Mechanical systems: Experience working with design engineers, specifiers, contractors, and owners; ability to understand, explain, and sell technical concepts, especially related to HVAC airflow, pressure, and critical environment controls. Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; experience in a multi-state or regional capacity supporting indirect sales. Additional Information

Ability to travel 50% of the time within the western territory. Remote position based in the Western U.S. with residence in AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, or WY. Required Skills: HVAC and building automation experience for an HVAC manufacturer or a Building Automations manufacturer.
