Role Definition
The Media Account Lead leads the client relationship for paid media accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor. This role is responsible for ensuring that media campaigns are expertly planned, executed, and optimised to meet client business objectives, while fostering long-term partnerships and driving account growth.
The Media Account Lead exists to be the voice of the client within the agency and the face of the agency to the client. This role is crucial in translating client needs into actionable media strategies, ensuring campaigns deliver real business impact, and building trust-based relationships that drive loyalty and growth. By connecting clients with the agency’s expertise and resources, the Media Account Lead shapes how clients achieve their goals and how the agency evolves to meet new challenges.
