Your Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to key accounts, aligning with company objectives.
Coordinate and oversee all business development activities to maximize sales opportunities.
Manage relationships with key customers, ensuring profitable and long‑term partnerships.
Lead negotiations of sales agreements, terms, and conditions to secure favorable outcomes.
Take end‑to‑end accountability for P&L, initiating measures to secure order intake and drive profitability.
Manage a high‑value territory with complex OEM accounts characterized by intricate contractual obligations and long sales cycles.
Collaborate closely with customers in the oil and gas industry while also supporting defense and process equipment sectors.
Travel as required (40‑60%) to maintain and expand customer engagements.
The territory and location will be defined based on the candidate’s background and preferences, offering flexibility.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification.
Proven experience in sales, preferably with linear motion products or technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in managing large‑scale OEM relationships, particularly within oil and gas, defense, or process equipment sectors.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills, adept at handling complex agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
