territory. This role is 100% remote with travel required. How You’ll Help Move Us Forward

Support the creation and execution of a Broker Distribution strategy to achieve new sales, retention, profitability, and expense objectives. Achieve annual sales goals set by the RVP of Broker Distribution. Collaborate with Workforce Benefits Distribution resources to deliver the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community. Continuously strengthen, deepen, and grow broker relationships. Conduct an appropriate number of broker meetings per week with assigned brokers. Drive a pipeline of appropriate number of RFPs per month. Build and advance local broker relationships to drive sales and increase Pacific Life brand presence in your market. Demonstrate proficiency with Pacific Life’s group products. Maintain strong connections with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory compliance, and actuarial teams to ensure alignment on critical deliverables with broker relationships. Utilize established and innovative approaches, tools, and partners to enable efficient, deliberate, and robust growth objectives. Prioritize a customer‑first mindset, focusing on broker viewpoints in decision making. Participate in ongoing industry, community, and legislative activities to stay attuned to industry trends. Perform other job‑related duties or special projects as required. The Experience You Bring

5+ years of experience in group benefits sales with a strong presence in the broker marketplace. College degree in business management, finance, risk management, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to seek and analyze data from multiple sources to support decisions. Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing innovative ideas that stretch the organization. Ability to seek opinions, process feedback, and take smart risks. High integrity and transparent, consistent behavior aligned with organizational best interests. Self‑reflective, aware of limitations, and leads by example, driving performance with continuous improvement. Base pay range is the company’s good faith minimum and maximum for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional incentive pay may be offered. Your Benefits Start Day 1
