is a customer‑focused role dedicated to the success of the bank. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them with account management, financial guidance, and product inquiries, delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑touch, personalized service to every client, anticipating and proactively addressing their needs.
Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Assist clients with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain deep understanding of bank products and services to educate customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle client transactions (deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers) accurately and efficiently.
Offer basic financial advice, such as budgeting tips and savings strategies.
Identify cross‑selling opportunities to promote bank products.
Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Secondary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Other duties assigned.
Performance Measures
Balance books efficiently and accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of client account information.
Follow established policies and procedures.
Participate willingly in bank training.
Comply with all regulations related to job duties.
Effective communication and development of good working relationships with co‑workers and clients.
Working Conditions Work in an indoor office setting; may require occasional longer hours, travel to other branches, and physical demands up to 20 lbs. Must maintain composure under stress, possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and communicate clearly in English.
Roles Qualifications
Education or certifications in customer service or retail management is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail banking role preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in retail software systems, POS terminals, and related technology.
Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
Excellent problem‑solving, multi‑tasking, and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong communication and decision‑making skills.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
