available for qualified Night RN candidates. As a Cardiac Nephrology MedSurg RN you can be part of change and make an impact through direct patient care across over 2,000 sites of care and serving millions of patient interactions annually. Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act. It includes therapeutic communication, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, identifying nursing problems related to patient needs, planning individualized patient care with an interdisciplinary approach, and participating in performance improvement activities to support the hospital’s mission and vision. When acting in charge nurse role, the RN is responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure quality patient care in a therapeutic environment. Make staff assignments based on patient need, acuity, and staff skill. Serve as a clinical resource for the staff and respond promptly to requests for information or follow-up with physicians, staff, or patients. What qualifications you will need
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Registered Nurse Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date About the facility
