Autism Specialist
to join our mission‑driven team. In this role, you'll use evidence‑based practices to help children build skills, strengthen communication, and live more independent, joyful lives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver individualized treatment plans that honor each client's unique strengths and needs.
Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence‑based strategies to promote growth and reduce barriers.
Partner with families, caregivers, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep each child on track toward success.
Empower caregivers with tools and training to support learning at home and in the community.
Stay current with best practices and innovations in autism intervention.
Qualifications
Master's degree
in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or another related field (required).
Autism Specialist Certification
(completion required before start date).
40‑Hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training
(completion required before start date; exam not required).
Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.
Strong communication skills and a team‑focused mindset.
