Travel Nurse (Long Term Care)
PS Companies is seeking an experienced Long Term Care RN for a 13‑week travel contract position in Appleton, WI, starting 01/19/2026.
Responsibilities
Work full time 40 hours per week.
Shift hours: 8 hrs (flexible to 12 hrs PMs).
Patient ratio of 1:10 in Restorative Rehab and 1:24 in Long‑Term Care/Assisted Living (with CNA assistance of 1:10).
Provide quality nursing care in a long term care setting.
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License.
Minimum 2 years of long‑term care experience.
Previous travel nursing experience.
Epic system experience.
BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
Ability to clear a drug screen and background check.
