Education and Experience
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy
Must have Ohio State licensure
Skills
Practice Physical Therapy consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
Treat patients and function as a Physical Therapist as indicated.
Demonstrate excellent customer service.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, problem prevention, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to convey empathy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and restore calm in a stressful situation.
Uses good judgment and diplomacy when dealing with others.

Essential Functions
Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports the mission and values of Mayfield Clinic.
Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keep them informed of any additional patient treatment modification, and/or progress.
Prepare evaluation reports/summaries.
Prepare discharge reports/summaries.
Provide progress reports to referring physicians and agencies.
Seniority level: Entry level.
