Position Summary We are hiring a full‑time LPN to join our dynamic treatment team in East Memphis, TN. As an LPN at Milan, you will provide exceptional patient care to clients, delivering laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols.

Responsibilities
Perform all laser hair removal treatments within established medical protocols, educate patients on pre/post‑treatment care, record accurate documentation, handle client information privately in compliance with HIPAA, and maintain a professional, clean work environment.
Encourage clients to complete online reviews and engage with them about results to suggest additional areas to treat, following Milan Upsell Best Practices.
Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, update records, field incoming calls, support medical staff with treatment room upkeep, perform opening and closing duties, and process client financial transactions.
Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Current LPN license in good standing.
Phenomenal customer‑service skills and passion for excellent patient care.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Passion for the aesthetics industry.
After successful completion of provider training within 90 days of hire or transfer date, demonstrate ability to train new providers.
