Responsibilities The float pool CNA, under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Assistant Nurse Manager and under the supervision of the RN-LPN, provides direct, quality nursing care to patients. The float pool CNA will be assigned daily to a nursing unit by the Nursing Supervisor.
