Job Description
Sign‑on bonus eligible for new hires! Up to $5,000.
Delegate duties to office staff, manage operational issues, and ensure adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
Serve as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
Support relationship‑based care and maintain accountability for organizational mission and core values.
Conduct training sessions, review patient care protocols, and ensure compliance with infection prevention guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards of care. Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements High School Grad or Equivalency (Required)
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC)
National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)
Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA)
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
Pay Range $20.57 - $32.91
