Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate homecare services to patients in private homes during weekend shifts.
Collaborate with team members to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
Document patient care electronically using the company’s tablet system.
Follow local and national health regulations, including required vaccinations and testing.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
Compact license transferred to state of residence within 90 days.
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); assistance will be provided if necessary.
Recent TB skin test (within last 12 months).
Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience (no new graduate nurses).
Reliable transportation.
