As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and provide crucial support and training to your team. Your experience will contribute to the therapeutic milieu, helping to create lasting change in the lives of the young people we serve. Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision to Therapeutic and Lead Therapeutic Specialists, ensuring effective team performance and development. Oversee daily operations of the Youth Residential therapeutic milieu, utilizing structured activities to meet the needs of clients. Participate in staff development activities, ensuring a minimum of 40 training hours annually. Review and ensure accurate, timely documentation, including progress notes and incident reports. Actively participate in treatment team meetings, fostering a safe and transformative environment for clients. Conduct ongoing evaluations of staff performance and adherence to therapeutic treatment plans. Generate staff schedules and manage approvals for absences while monitoring compliance with end-of-shift responsibilities. Provide on-call support after hours for scheduling needs and staff assistance as necessary. Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with incident report reviews and ensure proper follow-up for any staff injuries. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred. Must successfully complete CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Medication Administration training; maintain certification for emergency safety interventions. Must complete 40 annual training hours, annual TB tests, and communicable disease exams. Must successfully complete a background screening and fingerprint check. Must be able to obtain a Class E Driver’s License. Additional Qualifications
Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check. Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. Must complete New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias, at the initiation of employment and annually thereafter. Physical Requirements
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
