Misty Willow Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a modern, state-of-the-art care center located near the Willowbrook Mall, serving the Willowbrook/Champions areas. We are a short drive from I-45 and Beltway 8. We feature 124 beds with private and semi-private rooms. Our mission is to dignify and transform post-acute care. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Shift: Night Hours: Full-time, 7pm-7am Sign-on Bonus:
We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for all full-time hires. Responsibilities
Provide nursing care within the scope of practice of a licensed vocational nurse (LVN). Administer prescribed medications and document patient care and treatment. Observe patients and notify physicians of significant changes in condition. Ensure timely and accurate charting and communication with the healthcare team. Qualifications
Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from the state of Texas. Skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Vietnamese) is preferred to communicate with residents but not required. Perks & Benefits
