Overview
Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN days – Kindred Hospital – Albuquerque – as needed, days. Join Lifepoint Rehabilitation in commitment to community health.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, assist recovery daily.
Communicate progress or problems to supervisor and team; assist patient scheduling and post charges.
Document patient care per regulatory and payer requirements.
Instruct family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
Maintain equipment and safe, clean work area.
Handle job responsibilities per company code and applicable laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
Current CPR certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
