Job Description
— Registered Nurse Care Manager (Onsite) - $35.51/hour Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse Care Manager and make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes. Required Skills
Valid RN license with Nursys license verification (must include proof of licensing discipline)
Associate Degree in Nursing or higher (ASN or BSN preferred)
Proven experience in care coordination, patient assessments, and discharge planning
Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in case management or utilization review
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and resource management
Certifications such as CCRN, CCM, or ACMA
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of inpatient or care management nursing experience
Prior experience working in a hospital or health plan setting
Other Requirements
Local candidates only (onsite work)
Ability to work Monday through Friday during standard hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a 9-hour shift
Proof of education and license verification upon submission
Willingness to work up to 36 hours billable at 70% of the $53/hour bill rate during orientation
