Registered Nurse (RN) – Full‑Time 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Responsibilities
Assist leadership with 24‑hour accountability for resident care.
Perform direct patient care to residents according to physician orders and recognized nursing procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; assist with infusion therapy, PICC lines, respiratory, wound care.
Perform admissions assessments and documentation on all residents.
Participate in care‑planning process and maintain accuracy of care plans between scheduled reviews.
Observe and encourage infection control measures in accordance with facility policy and regulations.
Protect patient confidentiality in all aspects of care and communication.
Respond to emergency calls across campus if needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift Details
2nd shift (3 pm‑11:30 pm) – extra $3.00 /hr during the week; $4.50 /hr on weekends.
3rd shift (11 pm‑7:30 am) – extra $3.50 /hr during the week; $5.20 /hr on weekends.
1st shift during the weekend – extra $3.80 /hr.
Shift pick‑up up to $75.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school in good standing.
Current unencumbered RN license in Illinois.
Current CPR certification.
Working knowledge of healthcare delivery in a geriatric, rehabilitation or skilled‑nursing setting.
