licensed mental health professionals
to join our
remote
care team. If you’re an

Employment type: Full Time (Remote). Years experience: 1 – 3 years. Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 a year.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
Support members with a wide range of mental‑health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship challenges; with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times.
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations.
Requirements
Active and verifiable license from one of the following Oregon licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate, and your state of residence license if it is not Oregon. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice or telehealth settings.
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person‑centered, trauma‑informed approach.
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
Have a private, HIPAA‑compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Benefits Of Joining Affect
The salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000 – $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.
Full‑time employees may enroll in medical, dental and vision coverage and also receive employer‑paid life and disability insurance. Employees may enroll in Affect’s 401k plan.
