Job Description
Schedule: Monday – Friday during daytime hours (8am-5pm). Occasional volunteer Saturdays may be requested based on patient needs.

Experience that’s a PLUS (but not required): Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor), mental‑health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technicians), camp counselors, paraprofessionals, caregivers, life‑skill assistants.
Pay Details (Determined by Education and ABA Experience)
High School / Associate’s Degree: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
Master’s Degree: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
Fun Fact: Your first raise is earned after obtaining your RBT certification, usually within three weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to keep children engaged.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.
Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.

Job Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs.
Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly around young children.
Get on and off the floor frequently.

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Show consistent attendance and punctuality.
Be willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
