PER DIEM Registered Nurse for Home Health
Home Helpers Home Care of Broward County, FL is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health services on a per diem basis.

Job Responsibilities
Complete initial client assessments and admission visits (SOC).
Perform initial and ongoing competency assessments for Home Health Aides (HHAs).
Report client health status promptly to the Nurse Supervisor for care coordination.
Travel throughout Broward County as needed.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and respect with clients and families.
Ensure all documentation is complete, precise, and submitted on time.
Anticipate potential issues and appropriately escalated or resolve concerns.
Prioritize tasks and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
Required Experience & Education
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Current Level 2 clearance in the AHCA Clearinghouse.
TB test within the last 12 months or Chest X‑ray within the last 5 years.
Minimum 2 years of prior home care experience.
Driver's License (required).
CPR/BLS Certification (required).
Spanish speaking a plus.
Seniority Level Entry level
