Medical Education Associate
Location: Remote — European locations (preferred: France, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands)

We are looking for a motivated Medical Education Associate to support medical education and training initiatives across France and international Foot & Ankle markets. The role involves coordinating training programs, supporting scientific education activities, and collaborating with internal teams, distributors, and healthcare professionals. Frequent international travel (≈50%).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering internal and distributor training programs.
Support training sessions and scientific events globally.
Help manage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities and educational content.
Contribute to coordination of Reference Centers.
Support budget tracking and cross‑functional projects.
Profile
Around 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or medical education within the medical device or healthcare industry (orthopedics preferred).
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working internationally.
