About the Role
This role is built for someone who wants to become very good at sales, and eventually understand how an insurance agency actually runs.
You’ll begin by learning high-volume, efficient quoting and closing in a fast-paced environment with strong marketing and consistent inbound opportunity. Over time, high performers will be mentored beyond sales into leadership, operations, and the business side of the agency.
What You'll Do
Quote and close a high volume of Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella policies
Focus on closing efficiency and strong cross‑selling
Work inbound leads generated through marketing and agency relationships
Build referrals if desired (not required)
Hit defined sales and activity metrics consistently
Review numbers weekly with leadership to identify and remove roadblocks
Training & Development
Hands‑on coaching from day one
Structured training, shadowing, and guided practice early on
Increasing autonomy as results and consistency are proven
Exposure over time to leadership, management, and business operations for those who show promise

Qualifications
Active Michigan Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
Sales experience preferred, especially in insurance or financial services
Strong communication and customer service skills
