What You Will Do Educates community and referral sources on Baton Rouge General's Inpatient and Outpatient Behavioral Health Services through defined marketing and educational efforts, consistent with the Behavioral Health Strategic Plan. Performs pre-admission screening for potential admissions into BRG inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health programs.
Essential Job Functions
Builds relationships with community professionals and initiates strategies to generate referrals to Behavioral Health programs.
Assists Program Administrator and Program Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies and identifying programs to better serve the community.
Maintains daily communication with co-workers to ensure quality service to all customers.
Performs pre-admission screenings on referrals/potential admissions.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
