Responsibilities
Maintain approved internal and external mailing lists.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services.
Collaborate with product managers on new and modified programs and initiatives.
Assist in developing market research studies and analyze findings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with marketing tools including CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, email delivery platforms, survey and social media tools.
Expert conflict resolution techniques.
Professional customer service and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
Project management at a proficient level.
Strong self‑motivation, proactivity, detail orientation and teamwork.
Excellent time‑management and prioritization abilities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in residential sales, leasing, senior living or hospitality sales.
Apartment leasing experience is a plus.
