Pay Range Base pay range:

$100,000.00 / yr – $100,000.00 / yr

(actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Responsibilities & Duties

Secure new business and manage a sales territory independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices.

Consult with a variety of clients across clinical settings and maintain ongoing product support.

Provide training, product service, and reimbursement assistance to clients.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance‑based objectives.

Build and nurture trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

Prepare quarterly business plans and present them to Regional Sales Leadership.

Ensure responsible use of budgeted expenses in accordance with Kestra policies.

Attend key exhibits and conventions as required.

Coordinate patient interactions with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care teams.

Provide timely feedback and information to internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement market strategies.

Manage the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.

Maintain records and sales data.

Adhere to the Pledge of Confidentiality regarding patient information.

Requirements

5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.

3+ years of outside sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Residency in the assigned territory.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor‑vehicle report.

Strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams.

Post‑offer credentialing for hospital system entry, including:

Documentation of vaccination and immunization status

Background check completion

Drug screening testing completion

Review and acceptance of hospital policies and procedures

Completion of online courses (e.g., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety)

Preferred experience calling Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, or Cath Lab personnel.

Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process flow.

Knowledge of the cardiac care landscape and customer decision‑making processes.

Internal candidates without the required experience may be considered if they have demonstrated consistent performance aligned with sales expectations.

Work Environment

Fast‑paced field role.

Field or clinical setting noise volume.

Extended hours when needed based on business needs.

Workplace is drug‑free; testing is a condition of employment post‑offer.

Physical Demands

Frequent repetitive motions (wrists, hands, fingers, keyboard, mouse).

Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Frequent computer and phone use.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, sometimes from and out of vehicle.

Travel Requirements Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air, up to 90%
