Position Overview As a Territory Manager, you will independently secure new business and manage a sales area, often remotely from Kestra headquarters. Responsibilities include direct sales, training, product support, and reimbursement assistance.
Essential Duties
Sales and ongoing support of Kestra products
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts
Prepare and present quarterly Business Plans to Regional Sales Leadership
Adhere to budgeted expenses and Kestra policies
Attend key exhibits and conventions as required
Coordinate patient interactions with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care
Provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders
Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to implement market strategies
Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to delivery
Build long‑term partnerships from calls
Manage pipeline of customers and maintain records
Respond to client issues and complaints
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the Pledge of Confidentiality

Requirements
5+ years of successful medical device sales experience
3+ years of outside sales experience
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must reside in the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license
Demonstrated strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office and MS Teams
Post‑offer credentialing for hospital systems (vaccination status, background check, drug screening, HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Safety courses)
Preferred
Experience calling Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, or Cath Lab personnel
Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process flow
Knowledge of cardiac care landscape and customer decision‑making
Internal candidates may be considered if demonstrated consistent sales performance
Benefits Kestra offers a competitive package that includes Medical, Dental, 401(k) with match, and uncapped commission. Pay is an annual salary of $100,000 plus bonus and commission, commensurate with experience and location.
