Regional Sales Manager – NE Ohio/Pennsylvania/Northern West Virginia region

About HPS Established in 1949, HPS is a member-owned group purchasing organization (GPO) that provides competitive contracts and pricing on nearly everything our Members need to operate their organizations. Our Members primarily serve the education, senior living, and healthcare industries.
In addition to our core contract offerings, we provide dealership pricing on furniture, finishes, and equipment—complemented by interior design services.
The Opportunity We’re looking for our next Regional Sales Manager to serve the NE Ohio/Pennsylvania/Northern West Virginia region.
As a key member of the HPS team, you’ll focus on growing and retaining our Member base by building authentic relationships and demonstrating the tangible value of the HPS program. Also you’ll build and retain vendors from industries such as food services, medical supplies and more.

A natural go-getter who loves building relationships and finding new opportunities through a creative selling process.
Fosters strong Member retention within the HPS program by fully understanding the benefits of our offerings and staying informed on key developments in healthcare, senior living, and education sectors.
Works well independently — takes initiative and solves problems proactively.
Someone who’s Humble, Hungry, and Smart— listens actively, works with purpose, and energizes every interaction.
Must be comfortable with travel, including day and overnight trips throughout New England, as well as occasional air travel to the Midwest and national conferences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Enjoys a team culture that’s collaborative, encouraging, and mindful of personal well-being.
A degree in marketing, business, Dietetics, Nutrition or something similar is a plus.
Sales experience is beneficial.
