Duties

Supervise and coordinate security staff

Implement security policies and procedures

Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment

Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV systems

Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly

Provide training on security protocols

Handle incidents and conflicts effectively

Maintain accurate records of security incidents

Experience

Prior experience in a security-related role is required

Knowledge of loss prevention techniques

Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance operations

Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred

Strong background in law enforcement or military is a plus

Excellent conflict management skills

Possession of relevant security certificates
