Shift schedule: 3 am – 1 pm with every other weekend rotation; shift may vary depending on production schedule.
Responsibilities
Works as a team with CIP Operators, Sanitation Operators and other cheese plant personnel to complete sanitation tasks.
Completes & properly documents daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly MSS requirements.
Concentrated Chemical Handling; including refilling of secondary containers and unloading bulk chemicals.
Performs all other duties as assigned; to include training with CIP Operator and relief coverage of CIP Operator position.
Qualifications

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, adequate math skills.
Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
