The Role of Outlet Manager
Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment with superior staff dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for all dining periods.
Hire, train, supervise, and discipline outlet staff.
Maintain a friendly yet unobtrusive manner with all guests.
Our Ideal Outlet Manager
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
Good computer skills.
College degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.
2‑3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager with at least 1 year of fine dining experience.
Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
