Key Responsibilities Bar Operations Management

Manage all aspects of bar operations at the designated venue, including staff.

Ensure bars are adequately stocked and prepared for each event.

Maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation.

Inventory and Financial Management

Monitor beverage stock levels and order supplies as needed.

Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and prevent theft.

Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile sales.

Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol service laws.

Enforce health and safety guidelines within bar operations.

Client and Guest Relations

Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues.

Work with event coordinators to align bar services with event themes.

Participate in planning meetings as needed.

Flexibility

Available to work at other events when not required at the primary venue.

Adapt to varying event requirements and locations.

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in bar/event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Certified in Responsible Alcohol Service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).

Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.

Knowledge of a wide range of beverages and mixology.

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay $15 per hour + Tips and Gratuity
